Service terms

Draft for owner review. These proposed terms must be approved before online purchases are enabled, and they do not change existing client agreements.

Scope and price

Every service has a written scope. Listed prices apply to the stated baseline scope; a starting price is not an unrestricted product. Extra work requires a separate written scope and price before it proceeds.

Billing

Proposed policy: monthly offers renew monthly with no long minimum term unless a particular scope says otherwise. You can end future renewals through secure billing management. Completed setup work and project deposits follow the accepted service terms. The checkout summary shows the amount due today, any recurring amount and interval, any setup fee, and any deposit balance before you pay.

Advertising budgets and third-party costs

Platform advertising budgets, hosting, plugins, subscriptions, and AI usage costs are separate from our fees and are identified in your scope. Ad spend is normally paid directly to the advertising platform.

Ownership and access

You keep your own domain, ad accounts, and analytics access. Deliverable ownership and any third-party licenses are defined in your project agreement. We work through authorized access invitations; never send passwords through ordinary forms or email.

Results

We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, AI citations, or return on ad spend. We agree on measures, report honestly, and explain the changes we make. Client-reported results on this site are attributed to their original source and are not a promise of your outcome.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation timing and refund handling follow the terms accepted at purchase, the work already completed, and the payment involved. Contact us with your order reference and we will review the situation.
