AI AND OPERATIONS

AI agents built on your real business information.

Customers ask questions at 9pm; leads want answers before they'll leave a number; your team answers the same twenty questions weekly. Agents and assistants built on your real business information can handle the routine well, with escalation to humans built in from day one.

THE REAL DIFFERENCES

Pick the platform that fits your team.

Knowledge assistants and lead chatbots

Two builds we do most often. Knowledge assistants answer from your internal documents so your team stops digging through folders: policies, procedures, product details, onboarding answers. Lead chatbots greet website visitors, answer honest questions about your services, and qualify interest before a human follows up. Both are built on approved information only, tested before launch, and escalate to a person the moment a conversation leaves their lane.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO LAUNCH

How it works

A focused assistant is typically weeks from approved source material to tested launch.

  1. 01

Define what the assistant should and shouldn't handle

  2. 02

Prepare and approve the source information

  3. 03

Build and test against real questions

  4. 04

    Launch with monitoring and escalation

Scope limits, plainly
  • Assistants need usable source information; garbage in, garbage out.
  • AI usage carries ongoing operating costs that scale with use.
  • No autonomous medical diagnosis, and no guaranteed accuracy. Review and escalation are part of every build.
Before we start
  • Approved business information to build on
  • Permission to deploy where customers will meet it
  • A human escalation path

FAQS

Questions owners ask

Will the assistant make things up?

Modern assistants grounded in your approved content are much more reliable, and still not perfect. We test against real questions, constrain answers to your material, and build escalation for everything else.

Can it book appointments or take orders?

Connected to your calendar or systems, yes, within a tested scope. Each integration is defined and tested rather than assumed.

What does it cost to run monthly?

AI usage plus any platform fees, scaling with conversation volume. We give you the realistic range in scope.

Can we use it for healthcare questions?

For marketing and operational use cases, with appropriate review. Patient information and clinical decisions need separately evaluated environments and professional oversight. A marketing assistant is not a diagnostic service.

More questions, answered

Does the listed advertising fee include my ad budget?

No. The management fee pays for the agency's work. Your advertising budget is separate and is normally paid directly to the platform. We show both amounts when planning the campaign.

Will I pay a setup fee?

Some services require initial setup. For the proposed advertising package, that fee is $999 one-time where the defined setup scope applies. The checkout summary shows it alongside the monthly fee before payment.

Why do some services show a starting price?

The price applies to a stated baseline scope. Extra pages, products, locations, migrations, or integrations can change the work. We confirm the final scope and price before taking payment for the larger project.

Are software, hosting, and plugin subscriptions included?

Only when the offer specifically includes them. Hosting, premium plugins, CRM subscriptions, AI model usage, and advertising costs may be separate. We identify those costs and who pays for them before work begins.

Do monthly services renew automatically?

The proposed monthly offers renew monthly under the terms shown before checkout. The summary shows the recurring amount and billing interval. Cancellation timing and any special commitment must be stated in the accepted terms.

How do I cancel or change a plan?

Use the secure billing link or contact us about a scope change. The accepted terms explain when cancellation takes effect. A different service or higher spend tier requires a clearly stated plan change, rather than an unexplained charge.
