WEBSITES AND STORES

WooCommerce, when you want ownership and flexibility.

WooCommerce puts your store on WordPress, where you own the stack and can shape anything. That freedom needs a careful build: catalog, checkout, payments, shipping, and taxes configured so the store runs without surprises.

FAQS

Questions owners ask

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify is easier to own; WooCommerce is more flexible and self-owned. We'll recommend one based on your catalog, features, team, and tolerance for maintenance.

What are the ongoing costs?

Hosting, premium plugins, and payment processing fees. There's no platform subscription like Shopify, but the stack needs maintenance.

Can my store and blog live on the same site?

Yes. That's one of WooCommerce's real advantages: your content and catalog share one WordPress site.

Do you offer maintenance for WooCommerce?

Yes, through our website care plans, with the store's update and backup needs reflected in the scope.

More questions, answered

Will I pay a setup fee?

Some services require initial setup. For the proposed advertising package, that fee is $999 one-time where the defined setup scope applies. The checkout summary shows it alongside the monthly fee before payment.

Why do some services show a starting price?

The price applies to a stated baseline scope. Extra pages, products, locations, migrations, or integrations can change the work. We confirm the final scope and price before taking payment for the larger project.

Are software, hosting, and plugin subscriptions included?

Only when the offer specifically includes them. Hosting, premium plugins, CRM subscriptions, AI model usage, and advertising costs may be separate. We identify those costs and who pays for them before work begins.

Do monthly services renew automatically?

The proposed monthly offers renew monthly under the terms shown before checkout. The summary shows the recurring amount and billing interval. Cancellation timing and any special commitment must be stated in the accepted terms.

How do I cancel or change a plan?

Use the secure billing link or contact us about a scope change. The accepted terms explain when cancellation takes effect. A different service or higher spend tier requires a clearly stated plan change, rather than an unexplained charge.

Can I get a refund?

Refund handling depends on the accepted service terms, the work already completed, and the payment involved. We show the applicable policy before purchase. Contact us with your order reference so we can review the situation.
