Thank you for utilizing Blissbranding Agency to manage and elevate the advertising efforts for Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum. With a proven market fit for your products and a strong foundation in sales, we believe the opportunity to scale your revenue from $1 million to $4 million is both exciting and achievable. However, this ambitious goal will require a strategic and collaborative approach, combining data-driven tactics, robust advertising strategies, and ongoing optimization.

Below, we outline our proposed strategy, broken into four key areas of focus: Big Picture Strategy, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Product Page Optimization.

— Scope of Work

1. Big Picture Strategy

A holistic approach is crucial for achieving your sales goals. Our strategy will include:

  • Comprehensive Metrics Analysis:

    • Margins: Understanding target ROAS for each brand/product group or calculating ROAS based on margin data.

    • Returns: Adjusting ROAS targets based on return rates.

    • Lifetime Value (LTV): Identifying repeat purchase behaviors to maximize long-term profitability.

  • Dashboard Creation: We propose creating a personalized dashboard in Looker Studio, integrating data from Meta Ads and Google Ads, to provide you with real-time insights into key metrics and performance.

2. Meta Ads (Social Media Advertising)

  • Short-Form Video Strategy:

    • Capitalize on your video content by emphasizing reels and shorts to maximize impressions and reach.

    • Provide strategic guidance on video topics, formats, and distribution.

  • Account Restructuring:

    • Develop campaigns focused on two key goals: increasing communication reach (via promoted reels/shorts) and driving sales.

    • Advanced retargeting campaigns, including:

      • Reminder ads (e.g., vacuum filter replacements).

      • Targeted campaigns based on purchase behavior.

3. Google Ads Optimization

  • Campaign Restructuring:

    • Allocate separate budgets for high-performing groups (e.g., Brother brand with ROAS of 15).

    • Expand campaign coverage to include all brands on your website.

  • Performance Max Campaigns:

    • A/B test campaigns for product-specific performance and general brand awareness.

    • Create distinct campaigns for new vs. existing customers to better target audiences.

4. Product Page Optimization

  • Landing Page Improvements:

    • Incorporate customer reviews to build trust and improve conversions.

    • Propose design enhancements in collaboration with our web designer (to be shared upon completion).

5. BONUS Customer Retention

  • Data Analysis:

    • With access to GA4, we will analyze customer retention metrics to:

      • Develop retention-focused campaigns.

      • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

 


 

Proposed Monthly Management Fee

Our proposed fee structure is as follows:

  • Base Management Fee:

    • $1,000 per month for Google Ads.

    • $1,000 per month for Meta Ads.

  • Ad Spend Percentage for Meta Ads:

    • 18% of Meta Ad spend, reduced to 15% once the monthly ad spend exceeds $15,000.

Example Based on Recent Ad Spend

Google Ads:

  • October 2024 Spend: $6,500

    • Management Fee: $1,000 (Base Fee) + ($6500 * 18%) = $2,170

  • November 2024 Spend: $7,600

    • Management Fee: $1,000 (Base Fee) + ($7600 * 18%) = $2,368

  • December 2024 Spend: $7,700

    • Management Fee: $1,000 (Base Fee) + ($7700 * 18%) = $2,386

Meta Ads:

  • October 2024 Spend: $300

    • Management Fee: $1,000 (Base Fee) + ($300 * 18%) = $1,054

  • November 2024 Spend: $1,500

    • Management Fee: $1,000 (Base Fee) + ($1,500 * 18%) = $1,270

  • December 2024 Spend: $900

    • Management Fee: $1,000 (Base Fee) + ($900 * 18%) = $1,162

 


 

Timeline

  • Month 1:

    • Onboarding and gathering access to necessary accounts (Meta, Google Ads, GA4).

    • Develop dashboard and finalize campaign restructuring strategies and launch updated campaigns asap.

  • Month 2-3:

    • Launch all newly optimized campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.

    • Implement initial product page improvements.

  • Ongoing:

    • Continuous campaign optimization, performance analysis, and reporting.

    • Regular consultations to align efforts with business goals.

 


— Work Product Ownership

Any copyrightable works, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information developed in whole or in part by Blissbranding Agency in connection with services shall be the exclusive property of Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum. 

— Confidentiality

Blissbranding Agency will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum. Blissbranding Agency will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision shall continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, Blissbranding Agency will return to Rocky Mountain Sewing and Vacuum all records, notes, documentation and other items that were used, created, or controlled by Blissbranding Agency during the term of this Agreement.

With such an open and fair refund policy, we ask that customers are also fair and honest with their requests. If you run into an issue with one of your orders, please be sure to reach out so we can try and make it right. Charging back a transaction will have your account blacklisted, not to mention harshly tut-tutted internally.

Refund Exception

For all of our Managed Services, if for any reason you are not happy with our services (and we will work very hard not to reach this point!) and would like to cease working with us before the completion of a project you have already paid in full for, we will refund 15% of the invoice specifically for services we have not yet begun working on. This is a firm and generous percentage that is not subject to change under any extenuating circumstances.

Upon agreeing to your receiving this refund, we will cease delivery on all services that have not already been fully executed, including posts, links, answers, and/or content that have already been written and/or approved but not yet shared with the platform of that project. We reserve the right to withhold this refund based on the stage project delivery and completion we are in.

After contract signature, you will receive an invoice for $2,000 + 3.1% CC fee. completion of ad spend at the end of each month, the following month will include the base fee + the 18% from the previous month. Invoice may be charged via credit card or bank account connection.
