— Digital Marketing Agreement

Professional Touch Wildlife

This Digital Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of 2/11/25, by and between Blissbranding Agency (“Agency”),  and Professional Touch Wildlife (“Client”).

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Blissbranding Agency agrees to provide the following Website & Digital Presence Startup Package for Professional Touch Wildlife:

A. Website Development (3 Pages)

  • Home Page – Professional introduction with service highlights.
  • Services Page – Detailed descriptions of wildlife removal services.
  • Contact Page – Inquiry form, business details, and direct contact options.

B. Branding & Logo Design

  • Creation of a new, custom-designed logo for branding and marketing use.

C. Digital Presence & Listings Optimization

  • Google My Business Setup & Optimization – Ensuring accurate business information and optimizing for local search.
  • Yelp Profile Setup & Optimization – Improving visibility and customer review management.
  • General Online Cleanup – Identifying and removing duplicate or incorrect business listings.

D. Website Hosting & Maintenance Plan – $75/month (Annual Payment Available)

  • Secure Website Hosting
  • Monthly Plugin & Security Updates
  • Basic Website Maintenance
  • Technical Support

2. PAYMENT TERMS

💰 Total Package Price: $3,500

  • 75% Initial Deposit (Due Before Work Begins): $2,625

  • 25% Final Payment (Due Before Website Launch): $875

  • The initial 75% payment must be received before work begins.

  • The remaining 25% balance is due prior to the website going live.

3. TIMELINE & REVISIONS

  • Estimated Completion Timeline: 3-6 weeks
  • Revisions: Unlimited. Until you are happy.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary content, including service details, photos, and any business information needed to complete the project in a timely manner.
  • Approve design concepts and provide feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure payments are made according to the agreed schedule.

5. WEBSITE HOSTING & MAINTENANCE PLAN

  • A $75/month hosting and maintenance plan is required to keep the website running smoothly.
  • This includes secure hosting, plugin updates, and technical support.
  • Hosting fees can be paid monthly or annually at a 5% discount ($855/year).
  • Blissbranding Agency is not responsible for downtime caused by external hosting providers.

6. TERMINATION & CANCELLATION

  • If the Client cancels after work has begun, the initial 75% deposit is non-refundable.
  • If Blissbranding Agency fails to deliver the agreed services within the defined timeline without valid reason, the Client may request a partial refund at the discretion of Blissbranding Agency.

7. OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

  • Upon final payment, the website and logo will be fully owned by the Client.
  • Blissbranding Agency retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.

8. AGREEMENT SIGNATURES

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

With such an open and fair refund policy, we ask that customers are also fair and honest with their requests. If you run into an issue with one of your orders, please be sure to reach out so we can try and make it right. Charging back a transaction will have your account blacklisted, not to mention harshly tut-tutted internally.

Refund Exception

For all of our Managed Services, if for any reason you are not happy with our services (and we will work very hard not to reach this point!) and would like to cease working with us before the completion of a project you have already paid in full for, we will refund 15% of the invoice specifically for services we have not yet begun working on. This is a firm and generous percentage that is not subject to change under any extenuating circumstances.

Upon agreeing to your receiving this refund, we will cease delivery on all services that have not already been fully executed, including posts, links, answers, and/or content that have already been written and/or approved but not yet shared with the platform of that project. We reserve the right to withhold this refund based on the stage project delivery and completion we are in.
